I'm with the company only 8months, i received no warning, and instant dismissal, it's all personal, (my boss' wife doesn't like me)
do i have any rights at all?!

sorry but no, in the UK you have to be working for a for, 12 months or more before you can claim unfair dismissal
the number of times i see questions like yours just shows employers are taking the micky with this law
i wish you would give out the name and address of your employers and every-one could write in and say how bad we all thought they had treated you
if they got 200 letters that would make them take notice |

No rights sorry. You can be dismissed in your first 12 months with little or no reason.
