Many applicants will state on their application that they are willing to work weekends, hollidays, overtime and overnights, however upon hire, they aren't willing to do such a thing. When you state that you will do just that, do you actually mean it?
*Note: I am not going to tell your potential employers.

Yeah, I didn't intend on posting this under legal. I know that it's not illegal to lie on an application.

When I was apply for such jobs I would say any and every thing to get a job. You have to give and take some leeway with these people. |

Well, lying on your application is not 'illegal' but it is justifiable cause for termination. No reason to lie to get the job just to get fired for refusing to do the job. |
