Very Curious??!!! Anyone with 911 experience please respond!?

I applied to my local sheriff department in the beginning of december I have already taken the typing test, criticall and I have gone before the board. After waiting 3 weeks I finally received a call back offering conditional employment. With an offer of permanent employment if i successfully complete the background check, polygraph, hearing test, drug test, and two psychological exams (one written and the other verbal). Now i am not concerned with the drug test, the back ground check, or the psych exams because I'm not crazy. But as for the polygraph I am a little nervous, now I've never murdered anyone or committed any major crime but when I was younger I did steal a couple things (yea i know young and dumb) but that was a long time ago. I just want to know what type of questions they will ask? I really want this job and i was told as long as your truthful it shouldn't count against you but i still concerned because with a polygraph its only yes or no you cant explain anything. Can anyone help me out it will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Don't worry about it. The person conducting the polygraph can and will ask follow up questions based on your answers. And the people doing the hiring may have further questions about answers you gave giving you ample opportunity to clarify those incidents.

And you are right, being honest is the most important thing to do!!!
