Your employer has to pay you for the time you worked, period.
You gave notice before you actually quit working.
The time you worked, after giving notice, they have to pay you for.
You walked from job, you are no longer working, they do not have to pay you for any time you were not working for them. |

That depends are you saying you walked into your bosses office, gave your two weeks notice, and then went home? Or, are you saying you gave your notice two weeks ago and worked your last day?
As long as you show up and work out the last two weeks then they have to pay you. But,if you give your two weeks and then roll on out of there without finishing the two weeks then they don't owe you anything except for any outstanding pay they owe you for the time you have already worked. |
