I recently responded to an ad in persons for a food runner position in NYC and was told they where looking for someone who was "International" and that they weren't looking to hire an American for the job, what can I do about this?

actually its a form of discrimination. Under the EEOC law National origin IS sign of discrimination and he can file a claim with the EEOC and get an atty....I mean IF you really want to go through all that. I would personally just find another job and not worry about it.
