The advantages are.......you get to screw people over and get paid for it.......
the disadvantages are.........sometimes, your own clients stiff you............and object to the grossly padded bills.
but the advantage to that is, then they have to hire another lawyer, to get even with you, so they still lose.

Advantages: decent money, social status, job can be interesting at times, and you can really love it if you're in a practice area that you enjoy.
Disadvantages: can be very high stress, depending on the practice area and the firm you're with. |

Well an advantage is obviously you could make lots of money. Also if you like arguing then its great for you. You would gain respect as its a high proffession.
The disadvantages are that it takes a long time to become a lawyer. Theres lots of reading. The hours could be unsociable and youd have to put everything into the job. You could be stressed often. |
