Each firm is different, but here are some that come to mind:
attorney/lawyer
paralegal/sometimes referred to as a legal assistant, but not always the same.
receptionist
legal secretary-could, not always, also be the receptionist and vice versa
law clerk
file clerk
administrative assistant-could be separate, have duties of other positions
human resources officer
office manager
general clerk
If the firm is small, it could be that many of these titles (other than lawyer and law clerk) merge, so one person may be doing everything or many things.
