The Terms and Conditions of Secretary, differ from company to company. But the general terms are as follows:-
1.Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
2. Organize and maintain files.
3. Attend to telephone calls and email
4. To handle travel and guest arrangements.
5. Should possess knowledge about photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing .
6.Should provide provide high-level administrative support for top executives of the organization.

What do you mean by terms and conditions? Do you mean job responsibilities? If so, they can vary from company to company. Some secretaries are little more than a receptionist - others do high level executive assistant work.
