What are the job requirements for a legal assistant in the U.K.?

The job requirements vary from employer to employer, both in terms of the qualifications required and also the work that will be done.

There is no requirement for paralegals to be certified in the UK. Many, however, do find it an advantage to study the courses set by the Institute of Legal Executives.
