I worked at a bar, they told me i was fired for customer service. Then it came out later that I was let go because my regulars mostly drink beer, which isnt as profitable as liquor.

Probably not much. Lacking an explicit written employment contract that says otherwise, employment in the US is "At Will" meaning that either of you can terminate the relationship at any time and for any reason, including no reason at all.

Unless you were terminated for a protected reason such as race, gender, etc. then there's not much chance of winning any case against the employer.

Unfair doesn't mean illegal, and from your question, including the additional info, nothing illegal was done.

All you can do is look for another job.

It's legal. Unfair, but legal.

Your employer wants a bartender that encourages well drinks, not just beer. You failed in that respect, so you were terminated. Making money is the bottom line and you weren't helping that bottom line.

Again, not fair to you, but legal in all aspects.
