I was falsely accused of not completing a procedure, but even when the lady tried to explain to me what I did wrong, even that didn't make sense.but I am concerned becuase she might report me to my boss what do i say and do to protect myself, p.s. she is bipolar and flips out every now and then but she is a social worker so I am concerned?

Sometimes the best action is no action. My advise is to make a record of what the complainant said, and when. You make a record of exactly what you did on the occasion that is being questioned. Then if she does approach your supervisors with a complaint you will have the facts to back you up. Do not, I repeat, do not rely on attacking this woman's mental condition as your defence. Make a paper record of everything. |
