What do i do if my job is a warzone?! Help!?
Find answers to your legal question.

What do i do if my job is a warzone?! Help!?

The job i am working at has quite a few employees but only one "owner" and one "manager" Every single day they have some huge argument throwing insults and obsceneties back and forth right in front of me sometimes im even in between them while this is going on. Do i have to put up with this? It gives me panic attacks and i feel like its not a safe place to work. Thanks In Advance For Your Answers!

Of course you don't have to put up with it. You have every legal right to quit.

If you dont like it and you let them know that then they will go and find someone who is doesnt bother as much because they are less of a liability. Also quit being such a wuss.

Well what i would do is speak to the manager and the owner and tell them that there frequent arguing is disrupting to my work, and would they please settle their arguments in private, so i could do my job more proficiently.

You and everybody else has a right to a hostile free workplace. There are probably laws that are a hybrid of anti discrimination and health and safety laws.

Some people who become employers know nothing about professionalism or how to treat people in the work environment cause they never learned how to treat people in their home and community. What you can do is contact the EEO equal employment office. They will write to your employers and lay down the guidelines for a proper working environment and a non hostile environment, which you have the right to work in. If after sometime goes by this behavior continues and you notify the EEO again, the EEO will actually have a person come to your job and sit around in there to see what goes on. Stress to the EEO that you don't want your name mentioned. Other than that I suggest when you see it starting1. leave the area 2. Cringe and cover your head and they'll get the message. This arguing sounds like ego tripping. You could actually sue them for your panic attacks. Good luck.
