I don't know what "Timmy's" is, but on a job application form, the "Pay Expectations" box relates to the salary you would be expecting to earn, from the applied for role.
I.E. If your last job was paying £16,000, and your reason for leaving is "Pay Increase" (for example), then you should state your "Pay Expectations" as the amount you would like to be earning... e.g. £18,000 - £20,000
