I recently got a raise to $11/hr, which i still can't survive of off alone, but now they change the payroll, to all commission based salary, i work in pest control, so that mean i get 15-20% of all the work i do, but the job still hands out the work individually, so they pick what i do and also i can't leave the job when the work is finished, they make us stay till 4:30 pm as if we were getting payed for that time, but we aren't now because its all commissioned and we can't leave unless we ask a supervisor. the job has no benefits of any kind either....i am not sure who to talk to about these situations....something doesn't sound right....the state is Virgina
