meaning. if you have been convicted of a crime involving a charge of possession of marijuana? or have been caught under the influence of that drug. and the charge is more then 2 years old. then you do not need to share that information.

it means the application is from an employer in California.....

If you were convicted of marijuana-related crimes, and those convictions are over 2 years old, you do not need to list/reveal them.
