my sony walkman was stolen on monday sometime, i noticed it missing monday after school on the bus. today in language arts the girl who sits near me had it!!! it started playing in her pocket and she pulled it out and turned it off... i know it was mine, because not many people pair a red sony walkman with blue headphones... i didnt recognize the song... i told my lang. arts teacher and she told me to report it to the school resoure officer, i did, he talked to the girl who had it and she said she didnt have it, they searched her and fouund her phone, my walkman was nowhere to obe found. i think i may have tipped her off because when it went off i gave her this shocked, disgusted look. they searched the trash cans and didnt find it. it's fairly expensive, and i know i coud identify it as my own. i mean im 13 and it's full of country songs, nobody where i live listens to country... and the ictures i could name off, and the video, the headphones also had blush stains from when my make up spilled in my purse, so it's going to be abe to be recognized as mine, but as of now it's my word against hers, i told them a few other people who may have seen it and one of them didnt, i dont know about the other... i just know that te other noticed that she had an mp3 player just dont know if she saw it... this is a jr high school, and i'm going to do whatever it takes to getit back, i know she knows where it is, i just dont know what to do to get it back...

yes, but i am 13 and this was a gift from my dead grandfather, it has ver large sentimental value to me... and she stole it
