they pretty much do everything a lawyer does only they have to work under a lawyer, as they are not lawyers themselves. They do the lawyers work for him as far as writing up documents,taking depositions, researching and preparing cases for trial etc.They do not have the legal responsibility for their own work, that falls upon the lawyer who overseas and approves what they do. |

Your a lawyer's assistant. You help your lawyer out with re-searching documents, sometimes taking appointments for clients, etc. You have to have a good eye for detail as well. |
