There are many contradictions in your question.

First of all, the BEST paralegal training program is NOT online. Online paralegal certificate programs are usually scams.

Employers (usually law firms) in the field of Law want employees that have completed Bachelors Degrees at tradtional colleges/universities - they won't settle for anything less. The competition in the field of Law is fierce.

Suggestion: Consider and look into the field of HEALTHCARE! < This is where the jobs are! and scholarships!
