Breach of duty and misappropriation. The word bribe or kickback also work. Depends on the terminology used in the particular court. Laying out the facts in the complaint will usually suffice and no magic word is needed in most courts.

the formal term would be violation of state statue c:4508c or whatever state they are in. In my state, its dumbass.
