Usually just a union production job or sales job will pay the most without a degree.

Did you think about law enforcement? You may not become chief of police but they'll recruit people right out of high school and you can work your way up.

The answer to that my friend is SALES!
I have a friend who did terrible in highschool and makes 5 thousand a week selling realestate and hes only 24. One of my fathers friends is a realestate agent also and he makes over 600 thousand a year and he didnt have any training beyond year 12. But yeah my point is, if you sell expensive things and alot of them your gonna get alot more than a doctor or a scientist of some sort and you dont need to fork out 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands of dollars to train.

Highest paying job is to start your own business. Since this world will never recognise you without a degree so if you want to prove yourself in any field work hard and show the hard. Make a thing which is unique since in today's world uniqueness sells.

That would be Founder and CEO of Microsoft. But I believe the job is taken. Gates got the job by being highly enterprising, finding a product in need of a solution, getting the solution, then marketing the heck out of his solution. A loan from Mom was also quite pivotal.

When you give a job 100% - you will find that you can get a great job without a degree.

I know of restaurant managers without a degree who make $80,000-$120,000 a year just by working their way and have determination to get to the next level.

I personally do not have a degree, yet held a high ranking position at a college (2nd in command) making $80,000 a year. I also worked my way up the ranks in a large company from sales person to Sales Manager of 40+ employees by showing determination, motivation and perserverance.

It's all on you and where you want to go with your life. I believe in education, but I also believe in the power of me.
