16 is full time. You can do a papaer round at 10.
I want part-time and in the UK and no papaer rounds!

I don't think there has to be a certain age limit except that you have to be at least 16. |

The fact that it's a music shop and in the summer is irrelevant. The person who said it depends on the laws of the city/county gave me a laugh, law is the same everywhere in the UK. Full time at 16 and a few hours from 13 upwards (though in retail they prefer you to be 16). |

in the united kingdom i think the legal age is 16 to benefit from any kind of insurance or minumum wage protection.
you can work from 13 to do a paper round and im pretty sure you can work in retail when 15, but no one will hire you because your a liability.
i seem to remember reading something about this on the connexions uk website.
