When you are an employee, (assistant manager), and the manager at the time tells you to ok something, then three months later there is a bill in your name and the current manager says they are going to dock your pay? Isn't there safety for following the orders of a superior? Even if the manager then has since been fired?

You need an employment lawyer. Do you have written instructions? Email, memo, anything to prove you were told to do it? Generally there is a procedure to be followed, requisitions or orders or something, some protocol to follow so that this doesn't happen. |
