What should I do; my friends are all being fired?

I work for a Tim Horton's that opened up not that long ago, December 1st. This is my first job, so I want to be successful. I wanted to work here rather than McDonald's, or some shady business, plus it was close to home. Anyways, recently in the last week or so, the owners have fired three of my friends. The first two reasons were understandable; they took drinks home after closing without asking. I would have thought they would have gotten a warning of some sort. Then just yesterday, they fired another friend. Their reason was that when she wasn't able to come in for work, her excuse wasn't good enough, it being a family problem. She phoned earlier in the day, because they ask for everyone to phone in 4 hours before their shift if they can't come in. I can't help but wonder if our race has anything to do with firing them. I've seen coworkers do worse, yet they aren't fired. I even have not shown up for work not that long ago without phoning them or anything, yet I wasn't fired. The sad part is that we were all a really awesome team; we finished customers orders fast and efficiently, and had a good time as well. Now, I have to help out a bunch of new employees, who have no idea what they're doing, which is understandable, but I figured it is kind of a waste, when we already had trained employees. I want to just quit and find a better job, but I don't want my first job to have ended badly. If I do end up getting fired, I'm gonna be really angry because I have done a pretty good job there so far. During my winter break, all I did was sleep and go to work. I worked on Christmas Eve for 9 hours, Boxing day, new years (31 and the 1st), and 8 hour shifts practically every shift. I wasn't able to get bonus pay because you have to had worked there for three months. I didn't complain, though, because they did warn us that for three months we were on probation or whatever. I would like to think that I'm a pretty good employee, and I know for sure if they fire me they're going to have a hell of a time because I'm always on sandwich bar, and not everyone is trained on soup and sandwich bar or as good as me, if I may be so blunt.
If you could just tell me what you think of my situation and any tips or opinions, that'd be great.

You stay out of it.

You can provide moral support to your friends. But there is more to the story than you know. And more to the story then you will ever know.

It's unfortunate your friends were fired.

But that's not your issue.

It happens in the working world.

So, you keep just doing a good job and following the rules.

There will be problems no matter where you work. If you quit every job just because there is something you don't like....you're not going to be at any job for very long.

Taking drinks home without permission is stealing, and it would be pretty unusual not to be fired if caught doing that.

For your other friend, without knowing more about the situation it's hard to tell. Some would probably depend on her attendance record before that.
