I am only 145cm height, so I am confused which will be suitable dress for me and please suggest a hair style for the same. My hair is little curly with medium length.

I assume that since you have put this in the law category its for a legal secretary. Legal secretaries have to be quite old fashioned so wear a skirt suit (over knee), in a dark colour (black, grey etc), with a formal blouse.
Tie your hair back and wear minimal make up. |
