I would just put in my two weeks because if u do something to piss off the company, when it comes time to get another job, if u use the company your with now as a reference, what u did to piss them off could come back to haunt you as it could cause the new company to decide you're not right for the job. I wouldn't do anything that can come back and bite you in the *** later. You'll might end up regreting it. Good luck!

Why don't you just quit?

If you are thinking about unemployment comp, if you get fired for cause you can't collect it, so if you do something to get fired you probably won't get it anyway and might as well just quit.

You can't be serious!? Please don't get fired. It will hurt your opportunities in the future. If you think you'll be able to get unemployment benes for getting fired, you won't if you get fired "for cause" which is what you're looking to do.

Write a nice letter of resignation & give them 2 weeks notice. If you need to/want to find another job before giving up this one.

you get fired you will not get a glowing recommendation from them for future empoyers.

you will also have toexplain to future employer why you no longer work for the other co

Steal from the company, steal information and sell it to another company then tell someone who doesn't like you. That will really tick off the company you will get fired right away, not need to give two weeks notice and a free room with meals.

Here's a better idea; quit your job.

You do realize that when you get fired and go out to look for another job, you have to tell a potential employer that if they ask why you left your last job. Not going to look good on your part.

In general, simply failing to do the job you were hired for will eventually get you fired... but if you don't want to work anymore, why not just turn in your notice? Unless you're trying for unemployment (which is much more complicated then it seems. Definitely not an 'easy out'), it's the fastest, easiest way to stop working and then you don't burn any bridges along the way.

Call up an important client you have never liked and start abusing them. Make sure the client is influencial, knows your big boss, won't leave the company just complain a lot.

When you are asked to explain your actions, quote from my ex-collegue "our clients are scum and I treat them as such"

This got someone I worked with fired within 20 minutes.

Good luck.
