What sort of legal help do I need if I got in trouble for only doing my job?

I work at walmart. I was only doing a standard iphone activation with a customer which with all the paper, along with adding another phone to her service, changing the plan over.
She was the most displeased customer I have had in my life. I did everything to plan, She filed a complaint on me. What should I do to shine a better light on this subject and gain more support?
also what legal action can I file against walmart for them getting me in trouble for only doing my job?

"getting into trouble" defined - I recieved a D Day for my actions with was setting up an iphone through att.com, adding another phone to her plan, calling to switch her plans, porting her number over.
I feel that a company should behind their employees and not fall to wayside just because a complaint come their way.
she problem was impatience.
my problem was i can't do everything super fast. i wanted to get the job done right.

in the end most company's will not stand behind their employees, we are dime a dozen, so there is no need to put that much effort into us.
Find out if the 'D-day' is just standard for anyone that gets a complaint. and see if you can add to it with you own document, stating what happen.. |

Define "getting in trouble". Did you get fired? A written warning? Just told in front of the dissatisfied customer that you needed to be nicer to her? And what do you mean by shine a better light on this subject and gain more support?
You don't give anywhere near enough info for anyone to even have an opinion.
