First, make sure that you have been fired "illegally", which is different than unfairly. Lots of things that are unfair happen every day in the work place but if your employer acted within his or her legal rights, you will only be wasting your time.

I was working for Bobbys bus company with union 1181 when the ellections came around ivoted for Time for a Change wich is aunion 1181 doesnt like . They sent us theese envelopes saying our votes would be in secret but we all noticed that all the envelopes had our names on them,so it was not so secrete.On june 28 it was my last day at bobbys for i made a honest mistake and undrestood that all kids whent with theyr parents wednesday 23 as the principal had told me,and i didnt get my trip card signed by her,but iwas supposed to go back and get a late shift kids, bobbys bus comp sent another bus to get them,my supervisor used this as an excuse to dismiss me.The principal also said that it was a clear misunderstanding,i apealed to 1181 i saw a panel of about 10 representatives and after hearing me they said will let you know by mail .Days after ireceived a letter sayng that they will not go for arbtration period.But this is nothing to what others do,for example a driver was seen by the board of education running 2 red lights with kids in the bus,she was suspended by the board but come september shes back on the job.So recalling the secret votes envelope i know they know who i voted for and used this to get rid of me. Please help im with out ajob for months.iwant something done llegally. |
