What would you do about a co-worker that constantly lies
Find answers to your legal question.

What would you do about a co-worker that constantly lies

She's a drama queen and even admitted to being one, but the fact that she lies about almost everything.
Nothing is ever 'her fault', it's 'always' the other persons fault, when in fact she brings drama into her life.

She's a pain in the A$$ to work with, constantly complaining of this person or that person and when brought up to HR they didn't do or say anything.....
It's just frustrating.....that she's playing the 'poor me card' to everyone.

sounds like she had a huge amount of growing up to do. Many people these days have trouble accepting responsability for their own actions so she isn't alone there. Unfortunately there is little you can do about this except ignore her and don't associate with her...do your job and if what she does is affecting how you can do your job then take it to the appropriate person in the company.

talk to your co-workers and if they feel the same way about her get a group meeting with your boss and bring the situation to him/her.

HR hasn't done anything because there is nothing to do. So she is a drama queen?! Big deal. That is not what HR is for. So they hired the wrong person although she obviously gave a great interview and probably how she got the job. You guys need to stop whining and just ignore her.

Go back to HR with some hard facts about GOSSIP. That's against ALL HR policies everywhere.
Avoid her & if you MUST deal with her, document everything. Do not converse with her, rather do it all thru emails this way you have a documented account of what was done/said.
