What would you do if this happened to you?

I have worked at a Pizza shop for a lil over 2 years. Im a delivery driver and I am paid under the table. I worked there for about a year when my ex boyfriend dumped me right before xmas and all the holidays and my 21st birthday. When I turned 21 I started going out with my boss and my fellow co-workers. In that time I became best friends with my boss. He could understand all the pain i was going through and issues I was having because he was miserable in some of the same ways married to his wife. The town I deliver Pizzas in is a pretty bad town and When I was with my boyfriend he used to ride around with me at night to keep me safe.. Once my boss was friends with me he would ride around with me too. That got tons of rumors started up about us that were not true. But anyways I get back together with my boyfriend and I become pregnant to him. I continue to work at the shop up until I had the baby. And I was a person who worked 7 days a week, went about 40 days with out even having a day off. Needless to say me ex broke up with me 8 months pregnant, left me in finacial hell. Then when I was in the hospital having the baby via c-section my boss's wife told me never to talk to him again and I was not coming back to my job. She does not run the shop, work there, or even have anything to do with the business. He let me come back anyways for a lil while and then told me i could not come in cuz of his wife but he would try to figure something out, let me come back againg and then keeps playing games with me about me working there. I was a good worker and I dont deserve this... What can I do when I am under the table, I feel its wrong to fire an employee just because you went on maternity leave and he only doesnt want me to work there cuz his wife threatens to have someone do something to me!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

Move on and get a better job that will not pay you under the table.

You have a baby to support now, and the baby costs a lot of money!

Also, you need to speak with a lawyer, who accepts payment plans, so that you can get your ex-boyfriend to pay for child support! Be warned, he may say the child is not his, which will cost extra money to proof paternity to the court.

The only thing you can do about it is to get over it and move on, it's a chapter in your life that has ended. You can find a job out there that will pay you just as good. You have a baby now to focus on. Don't waste the time to try to do anything else about the situation because there's no other option. Learn from it and grow from it.
