What would you do if your ex-boss wanted to rehire you?

I am going through a difficult time where I am employeed now, and I was in the process of finding me another job. My ex boss called me up and offered me a job to come back to work for her. I was falsly accused of doing things that I did not do and was terminated for it. She offered me more money to come back and she gave me sometime to think about it,and I did and I accepted her offer am I stupid for making this choice? I am not getting any hours where I am now and I am promised eighty hours every two weeks and benefits so what do you think?

you did what you felt was right for you. she has somethng you need and she needs you. so you met her half way. she did apologize too. your satisfyed with her apology and your not happy where you are now. she also gave you a raise and more hours plus benefits . everyone can make a mistake good your name was cleared out of this matter.

I don't think it is stupid but I would have her put it in writing that you were exonerated of the previous wrong doing so that she or anyone else on the job can't use you to cover up for anything going on now.

Also watch your back. Don't repeat any of the mistakes or actions they accused you of. I mean just don't be in those situations so they can't accuse you again. Don't trust any of the old personnel you knew from before they could be back stabbers.
