Alot of times companies hire contractors who then hire subcontractors, allowing the company plausible deniability.

Companies may hire undocumented immiagrants if they manage to fool the company (one way or another) when filing the form I-9.

That is what happens most of the time. I don't have knowledge of Wal-Mart knowlingly hiring undocumented immiagrants
