Melanie B
yes, it wasn't a FELONY

A misdemeanor by definition is not a felony, so check No

js
Yes a misdemeanor is just that. It is not a Felony........

cora m
Yes, mark no because you only had a misdeameanor. Felony means that you keep doing it!!! Learn the first time or eventually you'll have to mark yes!!!!!!!

a misdemeanor is different than a felony so you should mark no

Matthew O
Of course. A misdemeanor is not a felony. That's why they ask if you've been convicted of a felony.

Misdemeanors are in a completely different category than Felonies and they are only interested in Felonies so don't mark yes.

Misdemeanors are like drunk in public and felonies are like murder, rape, grand theft etc.

You could mark no. A misdemeanor is basically a slap on the wrist, a felony you could do time for. There is a difference.

Dont lie about a felony- they have your Soc sec # and may check. They give no merit to misde
