When I mean free, I mean no hidden fees. It can't say free (but you have to pay a buck) either. I need to do a background check on someone but I don't want to have to pay for it.

You get what you pay for in this case. No good company with accurate and thorough information is going to be free. You need to consider why you want to do a background check, and what value that information could have in the future. |

It depends on how much information you want to know. If you just want to know their address and phone number, that is free...but NO ONE is going to provide you a complete and custom service free of charge. You get what you pay for. |

I've never seen an absolutely free background check. It's not in a company's best interest to do that work for you and then provide you that information for free. |
