Where can I file a claim of on the job harassment?

I quit my job yesterday do to on the job harassment. That and everyone has been given 5-7 days while I was given only 3. I tried googling the question and got so many articles I was confused.
Additional Details
5 to seven scheduled days to work. I was full time. I found the site and yes, I missed my chance to file. Thanks anyways everyone

if you are discriminated against you file with EEOC after filing a discrimination complaint with the employer. "harassment" as you explained here is not discrimination it's not even harassment. your employer has every right to adjust your hours(more or less) unless you are under a contract that specifically disallows that. you can not sue your employer because they cut your hours or change your job duties etcetra.
your recourse is complain to your employer and work something out or move on to other employment. the only exception to this is if your employer is harassing you or mistreating you (using the schedule as a weapon) in an effort to cause you to quit "WITH THE INTENT" to deny you benefits of the job or unemployment. trying to prove intent is next to impossible because just about anyone they would try to force to quit would have numerous performance issues.

Given five to seven days for what? You should have filed with human resources. You may have blown your chance to do it now.
