You might want to try construction work, building houses. It's going to be a hard road but you will find something. I work for a criminal attorney and out clients seem to find jobs. It really depends on the felony. Was it a violent crime. Maybe a felony DUI, just depends. Try your local employment office. They will have a list for you to choose from. Some companies don' t run background checks. Good Luck! |

You know, I don't know for certain, but I would think if you fill out an application at any job- where it asks if you have ever been convicted of a felony- just be honest and check YES. See what happens from there. Everyone has a past- and you never know who might cut you some slack and give you a break. I think they ask that to see if you're being honest. See what they say. Maybe they'd ask what your arrest was for, etc.
