Yes. I work in a large corporation that seems like everyone is a manager. They all pull their title until it comes to taking responsibility on something then they are the first to point at someone else. |

I have worked in a similar place where it was top heavy. Last year (?) I worked for a company that had 4 people owning many different companies (crammed into this one office) with 4 managers who were also accountants with 1 secretary...ME! I was being told what to do by 8 people and rules changing every hour. I did it for a year and it drove me absolutely insane. I couldn't deal with it so I left. |
