WARNING: Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!!! This is NOT a good field to invest in right now!!! Reasons: there are WAY TOO MANY attorneys for our economy, very bad economy in general, today people (mistakenly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the WWWeb, there are WAY TOO MANY law schools churning out WAY TOO MANY graduates (and this includes legal support professionals). Even if you do graduate, you probably won't be able to find a job. If you do find a job, you will discover the law office environment is: very political, very competitive, they will work you to death, law office administrators typically do NOT have the employees' best interests in mind - only how to make more money for the partners.
Suggestion: Go into the field of Healthcare!!! LOTS of jobs there!!!

I was an ST and loved the idea because it was a healthcare career. I really wanted to be an RN, I don't know about paralegal, but I do know that in order to get a good paying job is who you know. I think that ST would be good, just make sure you get a degree from a community college or university that is acredited, that was if you ever decided to change your career, you can apply some of the classes you already took. Do what you love too! you like to dress up in an office with different client, desk job or you would you like to wear scrubs everyday and see nakes patients, blood, and so on.. you get the pic...Good luck! |
