None of them are. They can be scams. I would try to look for one in the state where u are located

I don't know that there are any that are legal, really. Right now there are so many new ones popping up all over the place, because people are losing their jobs and desperate for a way to support themselves. They are being ripped off all over the place. It's really sad.

Anything that asks for a fee up front, is a scam. That's usually the biggest sign.

I would suggest that you set up your own business on e-bay but even there, sales are down. I've heard from many people that they aren't making anything lately at all....

This may be another dumb marketing deal, but I saw it today and thought I would play along until they reveal the specifics. I guess you never really know until it happens.
