most of the state governments have difined what is physical disability and every govt organization/dept has to follow that.when any post is announced the organization will follow the roster points. as 100 out of that ist post is o.c.2 is b.c a like that similarly 3 % is reserved for ph.candidates. hence if at competition is there there may be competition between two physically challenged. and oc candidate may not apply for ph.quota. |

The US Government has a law called the American's With Disabilities Act. If a handicapped person applies for a job, they must be considered if they meet the requirements of the job description. If the candidate is the best person for the job they should be hired. A company must make reasonable accommodation for the person to do the job. For example: moving some desks around to accommodate a clerk in a wheelchair would be a reasonable accommodation. Redesigning a kitchen to accommodate a wheelchair would not be reasonable. |
