Who do i contact to complain about shops not opening on time..?

I want to complain about a news agent shop near me that never opens on time, hes supposed to open at 05.00hrs but never dose,hes always about 1/2 hr late and more everyday, the shops run by Asians.

if he owns the shop-he can open whenever he wants...but you can "complain" to the BBB if you feel you really need to.

As a newsagent it is likely that the shop is owned by the very people opening "late" so I suggest that if you really have nothing better to do than turn up at the shop half an hour before you know they are open you spend that time writing a letter of complaint to them. At least it will keep you out of the cold.

Alternatively, have an extra 30 minutes in bed dreaming of the day you turn up at the shop and it is open!
