Find a different job. Depending on what is being done, you can report them to the proper authorities.

what kind of job is it? If its in the food business call the health department.

A Dose of Reality from a Lawyer

It depends on the job you have. For instance if you work in a food service industry you would call the health department. If you are seeing rapes or abuse the police. It would vary depending on the job. Also look at your contract, some will say you cannot speak out against a corporation, and then you need to get protection under a Whistleblower statute in your state, so that you are able/capable to go forward.
