Somebody told me not to be like judge Mental. Is he a hanging judge or something?

yes Judge Mental was a hanging judge in Kansas from 1866-1899. the term was derived from the Judges habit of hanging people before all the facts in their cases were heard. the supreme court in 1905 overrule many of Judge Mental's cases but of course the damage was already done and those offended had no recourse. |
