my father is suing me and i need to subpoena my daughter as a witness but i have a fee waiver for court costs and she is refusing to come as she doesn't want to take sides. who pays her expenses because of the fee waiver?

are you positively sure cause now that i am being deposed the out of town witnesses are even more critical? do i pay for all of there expense including losing a day of pay? air fare? hotels? meals? what?
