Whow does personnel employment law work?

I mean, at employment how it work, if some one work for me, or if i work in any company, what is the advantage or disadvantage?

If you work for a company you are somewhat at their will. However you will be guaranteed a paycheck for work done and you are cover by workers comp. When you work for yourself then you call the shots if the customer does not pay or you have no customers then you get nada. If someone works for you the first rules apply. The best thing to do is work for a company learn the business then start your own.
