I have a great resume and cover letter and a formal education, which includes a Juris Doctor degree. I left my last job because it was seriously affecting my mental health and personal well being. I am very afraid right now and I don't know WHAT to do. Why can't I get more interviews?

You should not have left your last job without one in the bag.....you could have done a FM LA or something like it to get going again......now your in a jam........sorry......you brought it on yourself....

The fact that you left your last job without having another one, does not look good. A future employer may not be comfortable with this...as far as your resume, hire a professional resume maker to make your resume for you.
