Answers like "why does your job exist" annoy me, surely my employer should know that. What a crazy system. Yes i work in the public sector and HR need use to verify that we are correctly graded, Errrrrrrrrr i detest doing the paperwork as they will nit pick and check who filled there in first and to want level of detail no one has said. All this to cover the HR bosses as for not doing it every year as they are meant to.

Ok, rant over. I know why my job exists and i am happy to do it the job, but surely boss could do some of the paperwork.
