Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because I'm a good hard worker who will always give that extra 10% and will always go above and beyond. If it has to be done I will take personal responsibility and make sure it gets done.

Also, I never call in sick and I am easy to work with. I would be a great asset to this place.
Now let me ask you a question. Why would you not want to hire me?
