would depend on the felony I imagine.
I don't think they look much past 7-10 years anyways, but if it was for theft with weapon, rape, murder, or some other nasty felony - might have an issue |

I imagine it depends on the employer, but my guess is yes, if it is mentioned on the job application it may very well affect whether or not the person will be hired. A felony conviction will keep you out of a lot of jobs. |

If he is applying for a new job he needs to read the application carefully and answer only what is asked. So if it says any convictions within the last five years he would anser NO. |

you might want to try to get your felony moved to a misdemenor it all depends on what the felony was..... once it goes to a missdemenor you can try to get it expunged you will need to get a lawer for this but if your looking to work again this might be the way to go! Good luck!!! :) |
