Many comedians are lawyers. Why not give stand up a go! Seriously, law will open the door to many careers that are not legal practice. Use your law degree as a base. You do not have to go into legal practice. |

If you're not enjoying it, then you made a mistake in going to law school. Fortunately, you don't have to be a lawyer to benefit from a law degree. It opens the door to many types of careers (businessman, journalist, author, etc.). |

yeah.. thats probably where you'll end up. the plus side being that you'll make some nice bank. they say money cant make you happy. but you can use it to buy you time, which is valueable :) |

Only if you allow it to be....just look at it in a diffrent way...its a great way to be in peoples buisness..at the same time your helping them (and getting a nice pay check)so dont quit keep trying!! hope you do great!!! |

no. there's a ton of things you can do as a lawyer. legal librarian, international relations, business, copyright issues, etc. |

Most likely, if you dont want a desk job then you probably should not become a lawyers. Unless you want to be a prosecution or a defence lawyer, you will still be behind a desk most of the time. |

You could go into criminal law if you don't like paperwork or get a job with the Public Defender, the District Attorney or the Attorney General handling criminal cases. |
