I will turn 21 on December 10, 2008. Will I be able to buy alcohol that same day or will I have to wait the day after to become legal to purchase that kind of products??

depends on where you are
some cities and counties still have "blue laws" which regulate what types of businesses may operate on Sundays and across the south some still do on Wednesdays. so you are legal the day you turn 21 but the laws where you live may prevent you from purchasing alcohol on Wednesday the 10th. |

yes! The employee at the bar or liquor store will likely notice it and say "Happy Birthday!"
Everyone buys alcohol when its their 21'st birthday! You waited 21 years to do this! Woo hoo!
